Last season’s Knock Out release was an excellent complement to the Melee Jab series. The Knock Outs use the same Melee Jab core but come with a sanded finish and different coverstock combinations to work better on higher volumes of oil whereas the Jab series offer a skid/flip type of motion that is best suited for medium oil patterns.
The new Black & Blue has a stronger coverstock than the original Knock Out with a rougher sanded finish which will create a stronger read of the mid-lane with about 3 more boards of total hook.
